It started with
one reason.
What if the drink in your hand mattered as much as the plate in front of you — and the room, and the song playing, mattered just as much again?
We opened on W T. Harris Blvd with a bar, a mixing room behind it, and one question: why does a good drink have to wait for someone to be free to make it. Everything is made to order. Nothing sits under a lamp waiting for you.

The bar comes first
Twenty-two cans across five lines — signature cocktails on a real spirit base, wine spritz, beer mix, a full zero proof line and three gift boxes. Every one of them is mixed, balanced and sealed before it reaches you.

Zero proof is a quarter of it
Five cans with no alcohol, built by the same hand as the rest. Not the consolation prize on the shelf below — a decision, and a fifth of what we make.

Low light, good sound, tables you can actually talk across. Come for twenty minutes or stay until we close.
